Sustainable Design
Since buildings consume more than 80 percent of the worlds energy it has become even more imperative that architects, engineers, and design professionals focus on ways to reduce the negative environmental impacts caused by new construction. Considerations such as building envelope, mechanical systems, alternative energy sources, recycled materials, stormwater/rainwater reuse, and natural stategies can significatly reduce these negative impacts.
My goal is to produce architetural design that reduces neative impacts on the environment, conserves energy, and contributes to the advancement of building technology.
